1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumers)

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation
Unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
We cannot accept returns of:
Items that have been cut, installed, or used
Items damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
Special order or custom-cut items
Items returned without prior authorisation
3. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.Please note: our products are heavy and bulky (tiles, cladding, decking). Return shipping costs can be significant. If you are unsure about a product before ordering, please contact us for samples or advice.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where required.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.We reserve the right to deduct from your refund if items are returned in a condition that reduces their value.Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
6. B2B Orders
If you are purchasing as a business (B2B), the 14-day consumer cancellation right does not apply. Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss any issues with your order.
7. Garden Room Services
Our garden room installation services are bespoke builds. Cancellation terms are set out in your individual contract and quote. Deposit terms apply as stated at the time of booking.
