CG Joinery – Garden Rooms

CG Joinery is a professional, familyrun business, established in 2009. We consist of a group of highly qualified tradesmen and offer a range of joinery services. Majority of our projects are completed for highly recognised construction companies throughout Dublin.

At Garden Rooms by CG Joinery, we aim to have our garden rooms completed within 3-5 days. We will guide you on lead time on receipt of deposit. Our garden rooms are built on site, from initial phase to completion, leaving you with a sustainable, low maintenance room. With our quickturn-around time we aim to minimize disruption for you, while maximising your home space and comfort. We will confirm your booking with a 10% deposit, and then proceed to collect 50% payment on day one of installation, following by 40% on completion day.

Is finance available?

Yes, payment via finance is an option.

How much will this cost?

Individualised to each project, depending on size and style. Contact for free quote.

Do I require planning permission for a garden room?

No if less than 25sq m, but up to client to confirm.

How do I prepare the ground for my garden room?

We ask for the ground to be cleared, grass or patio slabs are fine, we will advise if concrete base is required.

Does the Cedar timber require treatment?

Yes, we advise our customers to apply a treatment to protect the rich colour.
