Electrics are installed by a qualified electrician, with sockets where you need them rather than one by the door. We advise on hard-wired networking versus wireless depending on the distance from the house, and on heating that warms the room quickly in the morning instead of running all day.

A single desk with storage needs less space than most people expect, but two workstations or a desk plus a meeting chair changes the footprint considerably. We measure for how you will use the room, including where the door swings and where the natural light falls, before quoting a size.
