Yes. We build fully insulated garden rooms across Belfast and the surrounding areas, from compact city gardens to larger suburban plots. Every room is built on site by our own team and designed around your garden, access and how you plan to use the space.
Garden rooms start from €15,000, with the final price based on size, glazing, insulation and heating, and how easily materials can reach your garden. Terraced Belfast homes with limited side access can add labour, so we measure the access route at the free survey and include everything in a written, itemised quote.
Usually not. In Northern Ireland a garden room is normally permitted development if it sits behind the house, is single storey, stays under 4 m high (2.5 m within 2 m of a boundary) and covers no more than half the garden. Listed buildings and conservation areas need extra checks, which we handle at survey.
Most Belfast garden rooms are completed on site in 3–5 days. Our showroom in Newry is about an hour from Belfast, so we can arrange a site survey quickly and give you firm installation dates when you book.
Yes. You can visit our showroom at 7 Ryan Rd, Mayobridge, Newry, where several full-size garden rooms are on display in different sizes and finishes. Visits are by appointment, Monday to Friday 8am–4:30pm and Saturday 9am–2pm.
