Yes. We build insulated garden rooms across Dundalk and Co. Louth. Our showroom in Mayobridge, Newry, is a short drive over the border, so it’s easy to come and see our rooms in person before you decide.
Often not. Under Ireland’s exempted development rules in force since July 2026, a garden office, gym or studio of up to 30 m² can be built without planning permission. Conditions and limitations apply, including keeping at least 25 m² of rear garden and meeting height limits. We check your property before you commit.
Our garden rooms start from €15,000. The price depends on size, glazing, insulation and heating specification and access to your garden. After a site survey, you receive a written, itemised quote with any exclusions stated up front.
Most garden rooms are built on site in 3–5 days. Because Dundalk is close to our base, we can usually arrange a site visit quickly.
Yes. Our showroom at 7 Ryan Rd, Mayobridge, Newry, has several full-size garden rooms on display. Visits are by appointment, Monday to Friday 8am–4:30pm and Saturday 9am–2pm.
